Brow Lamination & Tint
Brow lamination is a process that softens your brow hairs and allows you to set them in a style that you can easily wear every day. The brows will appear thicker and fuller and are much easier to tame.
They will last 8 -12 weeks and will require a patch test 48 hours prior to treatment time.

Lash Lift & Tint
Lash lifts are a great low-maintenance alternative to eyelash extensions. By using different size shields to create a look tailored to your natural lashes, the lashes are carefully placed and permed into position to lift and give the illusion of additional length and thickness from the tint.
You will be surprised at how even the shortest of lashes will stand out with this treatment. They will last 6-8 weeks and the tint may be redone after 4 weeks as a refresh in between appointments. A patch test is required 48 hours or more before the treatment.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Swelling or bleeding for the first few days. Tenderness, itchiness, or bruising for a few weeks. White to yellow fluid (which may dry on the piercings) these things are normal and should stop as the piercing heals.
TIP: Anti-inflammatories, cold compress, and/or ice will help reduce swelling.
WHAT TO AVOID
Swimming or submerging the piercing in bodies of water (like hot tubs) for the first few months of healing. Twisting, turning, picking at, or playing with the jewellery. Using any aftercare products that we do not suggest. Exposing your piercings to alcohol, peroxide, lotion, sprays, or makeup
Remember, the healing process can vary depending on the type of piercing and your body. Be patient and consistent with your aftercare routine for the best results. if you have any concerns or suspect infection, don’t hesitate to contact me or a medical professional.
Aftercare Guide
Common Complications
There are several complications which can occur following a new piercings. The majority of these are usually a result of bacteria entering the piercing site or insufficient aftercare and some are simply biological complications which cause your body to reject the piercing. The good news is that the vast majority of complications are easily dealt with if caught at an early stage.
IF YOU ARE UNSURE WHAT TO DO, ALWAYS CONTACT YOUR PIERCER FIRST. IF YOU CAN’T GET HOLD OF ME AND YOU FEEL THERE’S CAUSE FOR CONCERN PLEASE CONTACT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL.
IRRITATION AND INFECTIONS
In some cases, the piercing will need to be removed in order to stop the infection but this is not always advised as removing the jewellery can cause infection to become trapped which can lead to abscesses. Please contact your piercer to discuss if you feel that you have developed an infection. If your Piercer is unavailable and you feel the symptoms to be serious, you may need medical assistance and should contact your doctor, however if the infection is minor, this is rare.
SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS
Infections usually start with swelling and redness around the site of the piercing which will then be accompanied by heat and possibly oozing or smelly discharge. If this starts to happen, do not take the piercing out and contact your piercer to discuss. In general terms, small infections can be dealt with by cleaning with topical antiseptic liquids such as Savlon or TCP. In the event of a serious infection, you will need to see a doctor who will usually provide antibiotics.
Although they can look the same to start with, irritations are not infections. They can develop into infections later if skin remains broken and vulnerable to bacteria for too long so identifying the cause of the irritant and removing it is your priority.
Irritations are usually caused by things such as incorrectly mixed sea salt solution, poorly fitting or poor quality jewellery, using alcohol based cleaning solutions, clothes rubbing on the piercing or perhaps sleeping or leaning on the piercing which puts it under pressure. Irritations do not usually require antiseptic or antibiotics as they are not an infection. They rarely produce nasty discharge. If your piercing is irritated as opposed to infected, you need to identify and remove the source of the irritation or it will not stop.
Healing times.
Your body needs time to heal, but don’t worry, that’s what they do. Please be advised that the times listed below are an approximation for how long your piercing may take to heal. Everyone’s body is different, so keep in mind that you may heal quicker or your body might need some extra time to heal completely.
Once you have passed the healing time frame, cleaning your piercing twice daily is not longer necessary, but cleaning your piercing every so often is suggested. When your piercing is fully healed your jewelry can be changed out, but we recommend only leaving your piercing naked for the time it takes to change out your jewelry. Even fully healed piercings can shrink if the jewelry has been left out for a prolonged period of time, making the reinsertion of jewelry more difficult.
